WPC products are highly environmentally friendly with natural wood grain, color, feeling and the unique feature of synthetic material with law maintenance, splinter free, waterproof, fireproof, anti-insect, anti-UV, free of paint characteristics. Our products can be easily peeled, nailed, cut and drilled for different specifications of any metal accessories.
Wood Plastic Composite products covers WPC decking, WPC cladding, WPC Bars, WPC construction etc. Usually, the plastic ingredient used for WPC is PE. Therefore, ORSON is able to extend our products to HDPE outdoor furniture. ORSON product categories are of attractive appearance, simple installation, convenient curing, low maintenance cost, high efficiency, economy and practice. We can make different kinds of specifications (sizes) and colors according to customers' special requirements.
We are mainly working for providing a comfortable exterior living products portfolio including a wide range of application, from residential decoration to heavy traffic commercial project, like house, hotel, luxury villa, gardening, landscaping, even some marine side constructions, for instance, jetty dock deck, however, since the end of 2016, SPC flooring has become popular in the interior flooring industry. ORSON seizes this opportunity and becomes one of the pioneers of SPC flooring suppliers in the world, as well as SPC trims and moldings going along with interior SPC flooring family.
WPC and SPC has many natural common points. They are both recyclable plastic composited material, and have to be manufactured basing on a very stable and advance scientific formular. Both of them are made with extrusion technical, which requires a very high intelligent auto production lines. That’s why we are able to extend from WPC to SPC.
